DEI Is a Scheme of Satan
DEI Is a Scheme of Satan
I. Introduction
1. What is DEI?
DEI stands for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion — a humanistic ideology that disguises itself with the sugarcoating of “love” to conceal teachings that violate the Bible, luring people away from faith in Jesus Christ.
2. What Violates Biblical Teaching Comes from Satan
“Your word (the Bible) is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path.” (Psalm 119:105, NIV)
We must use the Bible as our measuring rod to discern that DEI is from the devil. Scripture says:
“And no wonder, for Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light. It is not surprising, then, if his servants also masquerade as servants of righteousness. Their end will be what their actions deserve.” (2 Corinthians 11:14–15, NIV)
3. God Does Not Want DEI — What Does He Want?
“He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.” (Micah 6:8, NIV)
(1) Act justly: Be fair and upright in all matters.
(2) Love mercy: Show compassionate love toward others.
(3) Walk humbly: Do not be prideful, arrogant, or self-righteous.
(4) Walk with your God: Align with God’s will, follow biblical truth, and keep Him in mind at all times.
II. The Dangers of DEI
Many major U.S. corporations have used clever marketing strategies to promote ungodly decisions under the banner of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).
1. Diversity
o Gender diversity, categorized as:
(1) Cisgender:
§ Assigned female at birth and identifies as female.
§ Assigned male at birth and identifies as male.
(2) Transgender:
§ Trans man: Assigned female at birth but identifies as male.
§ Trans woman: Assigned male at birth but identifies as female.
(3) Non-Binary (NB, Enby):
Gender identity does not fit the male/female binary — essentially, “neither male nor female.”
(4) Transsexual:
§ A woman undergoes surgery to become a man.
§ A man undergoes surgery to become a woman.
Due to gender diversity culture, a “DEI coach” suggested greeting colleagues with “Hi, everyone!” instead of “Hi, guys!” to avoid using masculine terms that might offend.
Correction:
The Bible only recognizes male and female, for “at the beginning the Creator ‘made them male and female.’” (Matthew 19:4, NIV). Whether you are born male or female, God sees it as good. If schools force DEI curricula, teaching children garbage — such as the idea that they can change their gender — these are abominable errors that defy God’s natural order and provoke His wrath.
2. Equity
In 2024, the Los Angeles Fire Department in California prioritized DEI hiring (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) over merit. Its leadership became dominated by lesbians named “Kristin.”
Correction:
“A woman must not wear men’s clothing, nor a man wear women’s clothing, for the Lord your God detests anyone who does this.” (Deuteronomy 22:5, NIV)
o Men should dress like men (not with long hair).
o Women should dress like women (long hair is their glory) (1 Corinthians 11:14–15).
o Men and women have distinct roles ordained by God.
o Firefighting requires strength — a role naturally suited for men. While some women may qualify, forcing equity for DEI’s sake leads to disaster (as seen in California’s uncontrollable wildfires).
3. Inclusion
DEI promotes “inclusion” for homosexuals, polysexuals, transgender individuals, etc.
o God created male and female and called it good.
o But homosexuality, transgenderism, etc., are abominations to God.
o Who are we to use “inclusion” as a sugarcoating for what God hates?
III. The Church’s Surrender to DEI
“It [love] always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.” (1 Corinthians 13:7, NIV)
“Bear with each other and forgive one another… Forgive as the Lord forgave you.” (Colossians 3:13, NIV)
A godly servant’s “inclusion” is rooted in truth and God’s love, not fleshly compromise.
“One person’s faith allows them to eat anything, but another, whose faith is weak, eats only vegetables… The one who eats must not treat with contempt the one who does not, and the one who does not eat must not judge the one who does, for God has accepted them.” (Romans 14:2–3, NIV)
But today, many churches follow worldly DEI teachings instead of biblical truth.
· DEI preachers demand “tolerance” yet intolerantly attack those who disagree.
· They seek human praise rather than God’s approval.
IV. Hollywood Promotes DEI but Is Actually the Least Inclusive! Christians There Pay a Heavy Price!
In 2004, Mel Gibson directed The Passion of the Christ, starring Jim Caviezel. The film was a massive success, yet many — especially in Hollywood — dismissed it because of the evil spirit behind the opposition.
In the early 2000s, biblically themed films were not popular in Hollywood! Mel Gibson wanted to portray Jesus’ suffering with raw authenticity, but one studio after another rejected him. Yet Gibson refused to give up — he invested his entire fortune, 25million∗∗,intothefilm.Unexpectedly,itearned∗∗25million∗∗,intothefilm.Unexpectedly,itearned∗∗600 million.
Below is Gibson’s candid sharing during an interview:
1. Hollywood Is Glamorous on the Surface but Driven by Money Behind the Scenes
“Hollywood appears glamorous, but behind the scenes, it is a money-driven machine, because everyone only cares about their own interests. When I tried to bring The Passion of the Christ to the screen, I faced immense resistance — wherever I went, I encountered opposition. The final hours of Jesus’ life, those very scenes, haunted my mind. I felt it was God’s calling to show the world the sacrifice of the Savior for humanity.”
2. Jim Was Willing to Carry His Cross and Follow Jesus for His Faith
“I saw something extraordinary in Jim Caviezel — he was one of Hollywood’s hottest stars at the time. When I approached him, he immediately agreed to the role. I warned him bluntly: ‘If you take this role, you’ll never work in Hollywood again!’ But Jim was resolute. He said, ‘Each of us must take up our cross to serve the Lord. Playing Jesus isn’t just an acting challenge — it’s a commitment of faith.’”
True enough, after The Passion of the Christ released, Hollywood shut its doors on Jim. He found himself excluded from the mainstream, forcing him to leave the industry.
3. An Actor Who Emptied Himself and Was Filled with the Spirit of Jesus
“Jim’s performance was something no one else could achieve. He completely emptied himself, allowing Jesus’ Spirit to fill him, making his acting unparalleled — and profoundly impacting his soul. During filming, winds roared, dark clouds loomed, the sky felt within reach, and the earth seemed to tremble. Time slowed down. Jim experienced an indescribable stillness — the wind, the murmurs of the crowd, everything froze. Then, his soul left his body.”
“For a few seconds, Jim looked down from above at his own body nailed to the cross. To him, it felt like an eternity. When he returned to his body, the earlier peace was replaced by agony — cold, exhaustion, pain. But he knew he had to endure. During filming, Jim was struck by lightning twice, and while carrying the cross, his shoulder was dislocated.”
4. Testimony Sharing
“Later, Jim shared about the challenges of portraying Jesus — his personal struggles, career setbacks, and spiritual warfare. Many questioned his decision, even mocked his faith. But he believed that obeying God’s will was far more important than worldly approval. The joy he found in faith is something his critics could never understand. These revelations from Gibson are shocking — no wonder Hollywood has been punished by God, suffering devastating fires!”
