01. My First Laughter Yoga Experience: Online and Still Hilarious(我的第一次笑瑜珈體驗：在線上，仍然很有趣)
My first laughter yoga class was online. I was a little nervous at first, wondering if the online interaction would feel less genuine. But the opening "greeting laughter" exercises put me completely at ease.
The teacher guided us through "Namaste laughter," where we looked at each other on screen, put our hands together, and laughed. Even through the screen, seeing everyone's genuine smiles made me laugh too. It was a unique feeling, not just a simple smile, but a laugh that came from deep inside, natural and unrestrained. The laughter echoed in my ears and in my heart.
Next was "handshake laughter." I couldn't actually shake hands with anyone, but I imagined shaking hands with each participant in the online class, greeting them in my mind, and then laughing. This was fun too; it felt like I was doing the same thing with people all over the world, creating a strong sense of connection. Finally, the teacher combined Namaste and handshake laughter, which was even better!
The whole experience left me feeling relaxed and refreshed. While online interaction isn't as direct as in-person interaction, I still felt the energy and joy of collective laughter through the screen. It turns out that happiness is contagious, and you can laugh just as happily even through a screen.
大笑瑜珈初體驗：線上也能笑開懷
第一次接觸大笑瑜珈，是在線上課程。起初有點忐忑，擔心線上互動會不會少了些什麼？沒想到，課程一開始的「問候式大笑」就讓我徹底放下戒心。
老師帶領我們做「合十式大笑」，螢幕上大家互相看著彼此，雙手合十，然後笑。雖然隔著螢幕，但看著大家臉上真誠的笑容，不知不覺也跟著笑起來了。那感覺很奇妙，不像普通的微笑，是一種由內而外、自然奔放的笑，笑聲迴盪在耳邊，也迴盪在心裡。
接著是「握手式大笑」，我雖然沒辦法真的和其他人握手，但想像著和線上課程的每一位學員握手，並在心裡向他們問好，然後笑。這種方式也很有趣，感覺像是在和世界各地的人們一起做同一件事，連結感很強。最後，老師還教我們把合十式和握手式結合起來，效果更棒！
整個過程下來，我感覺身心都輕鬆了許多。線上課程雖然沒有面對面的互動那麼直接，但透過螢幕，我依然感受到集體大笑的能量與喜悅。原來，快樂是可以被傳染的，即使隔著螢幕，也能笑得如此開心。
