妙瓦底电诈园区老板虐待员工致死引发抗议

办公室区域在食堂3楼，4楼用铁栅栏围起来，防止员工跳楼，进出门有安检。只能带烟出去，打火机都在门口检查出，由保安看着。每天加不到人，就是蛙跳，深蹲，俯卧撑，而且中途不能停，停下来之后就是电棍加皮带，每天加不到人会被打，每个月1-10为公司的高压期，加不到人的每天重点体罚，5号由组长申请挨打一次。持续到10号，如果没有新客户的，继续挨打，这次是后勤部门负责打，多人围殴。15号继续检查组长打，20号，还要打一次。直到30号，再次检查，没开新客户的，橡胶辊加点击，这次打的最狠，电棍和橡胶棍皮带，都会使用上。

2个月没有客户的，惩罚小黑屋三天，全身赤裸穿个短裤，双手扎带绑起来放在头上，站在桌子上，每天上厕所一次，喝一杯矿泉水，完全没有饭吃。全程不能睡觉，间隔一小时从身上泼一次冰水24小时有后勤轮流看守。

Many people go without food for extended periods—two days without food is a common occurrence. If you’re hungry, you’re only allowed to drink a bit of water.

The office area is on the third floor of the cafeteria building, and the fourth floor is enclosed with iron bars to prevent employees from jumping off. There’s a security check at the entrance and exit. You’re only allowed to take cigarettes out; lighters are confiscated at the entrance, monitored by security.

If you fail to recruit new individuals, you’re subjected to physical punishment such as frog jumps, squats, and push-ups. You can’t stop midway—if you do, you’re beaten with electric batons and belts. During high-pressure periods from the 1st to the 10th of each month, the punishments intensify. Failure to recruit results in daily beatings, with team leaders required to apply for their turn to be punished on the 5th. If no new clients are secured by the 10th, the logistics department steps in for more severe beatings involving group assaults. Inspections continue on the 15th and 20th, and further punishments are carried out on the 30th with electric batons, rubber rollers, and belts.

Employees who fail to recruit for two months are confined to a dark room for three days. Stripped down to shorts, their hands are bound with zip ties and raised above their heads as they stand on a table. They’re allowed to use the bathroom once a day and drink one bottle of mineral water—no food is provided. Sleep is forbidden, with ice water poured over them every hour.
