酒釀鹹檸檬深海藍龍蝦 看似簡單的一道中菜，服務員放下碟後，碟子仍有一定的温度，但已經可以聞到一股花鵰酒的香氣，汁底其實是一層豆乳豆腐花的狀態，一口下去再吃一啖龍蝦肉，先是豆漿但夾雜著檸檬的微酸，再加上藍龍的爽脆，夾呀。
