Many people choose this Yamuna Expressway because of its great road conditions and minimal traffic. This is the quickest and most direct way to get from Delhi to Mathura. Delhi to Mathura Distance is approx. 180 km and it takes around 3 to 3.5 hours to reach there. The roads that leads to your destinations are well-maintained with minimal traffic stops. This is one of the two routes that will give you a smooth ride experience on Yamuna expressway.

Route 2: Delhi – Badarpur – Faridabad – Sikri – Palwal – Akbarpur – Mathura

If you are visiting Mathura from South Delhi, Faridabad or its nearby places., this route 2 is also a great option. The distance that this route covers is approx. 176 km and it takes around 4.5 to 5 hours to reach there. Although, it is not better than the first option but this route has less traffic than the Yamuna expressway.
