06. Just Laughing! (就是笑!)

Yoga class notes: 40 Foundation Exercises, point 6: "Just Laughing ! "
In a Laughter Yoga class, I learned different ways to laugh, one of which was ""Just Laugh!"" At first, the instructor told us to laugh for no reason, like silly fools. I thought, ""This is weird! I can't just laugh without a reason!""
However, as the instructor guided us to make exaggerated faces and movements, accompanied by laughter, I found myself actually laughing. At first, it was forced, a little awkward and unnatural. But gradually, my laughter became more natural and relaxed. It was an inexplicable kind of laughter, not because something funny happened, but a pure joy that welled up from inside.
My husband thought I was strange at first, and I felt a little embarrassed. But gradually, he got used to it, and I didn't feel awkward at all.
Why did I laugh?
"I don't know, I just laughed."
This class taught me that laughter can be simple. It doesn't need a reason, it doesn't need an excuse. If you want to, you can laugh anytime. The "Just Laugh" exercise helped me rediscover this pure joy and reconnect with the happiness deep inside me."
06. 只是笑

大笑瑜伽課堂上,讓我學習到不同自我發笑的方法,其中一種就是 「只是笑!」這個練習。一開始,帶領者要我們毫無理由地笑,像個傻瓜一樣。我心想,這也太奇怪了吧!我哪有那麼容易無緣無故地笑出來?
然而,隨著帶領者教我們做出誇張的表情和動作,配合著笑聲,我發現自己竟然真的笑了出來。起初是勉強的,帶著些許尷尬和不自然,但漸漸地,笑聲變得越來越自然、越來越放鬆。那是一種無法解釋的笑,不是因為發生了什麼好笑的事情,而是一種純粹的、由內而外湧現的快樂。
起初, 我的丈夫覺得我很怪,我也有些不好意思, 漸漸, 他都習慣了, 我也沒有絲毫的尷尬.
為什麼要笑?
「不知道,我就是笑。」
這堂課讓我明白,笑,其實可以很簡單。不需要任何理由,不需要任何藉口,只要你願意,隨時都可以笑出來。而「只是笑」的練習,正是幫助我們找回這種純粹的快樂,重新連結我們內心深處的那份喜悅。
