08. One Meter Laughter

In the "Laughter Yoga" class, we did a fun exercise called "One Meter Laughter." The teacher told us to pretend we were measuring one meter of fabric.

I stretched out my left arm, and then used my right hand to slide over my left arm like pulling a bow. My right hand slid quickly three times, each time shouting "Aeeeh!". It felt like I was using all my strength. When my arms were fully open and stretched out, I raised my head and started to laugh heartily.

At first, I was a little embarrassed, feeling like a fool. But when I heard the laughter of other students, I couldn't help but laugh too. This laughter is contagious!

We repeated this action twice. Each time I finished, I felt more relaxed and happier. This "One Meter Laughter" exercise really made me feel the power of laughter. It made me temporarily forget the troubles in life, and also helped me rediscover my childlike innocence.



08. 一米大笑

在「大笑瑜珈」課堂上,我們做了一個有趣的練習,叫做「一米大笑」。老師說要假裝我們正在量一米布料。

我伸出左手,然後用右手像拉弓一樣,滑過我的左手臂。右手快速地滑了三次,每次都大喊一聲「啊啊!」。感覺就像要把所有的力氣都用出來一樣。當我的雙臂完全張開伸展時,我抬起頭,開始開懷大笑。

一開始,我有點不好意思,覺得自己像個傻瓜。但是,當我聽到其他同學的笑聲時,我也忍不住笑了出來。這種笑聲是會傳染的!

我們重複這個動作兩次。每次做完,我都感覺身體更放鬆,心情也更愉快。這個「一米大笑」的練習,真的讓我感受到笑的力量。它讓我暫時忘記了生活中的煩惱,也讓我重新找回了童真。
